Principal Theatre’s Inauguration (Vilanova and la Geltrú)

An European cultural attaché gives a very long speech on the street. The theatre’s façade is all covered. The speech is endless, so the authorities go on with the plan and uncover the theatre’s façade. The stalls of the theatre are not finished yet, and some cleaning women are still giving it the final touch. On the stage, there is a singer who’s singing despite the horrible noise on the stalls. The audience is invited, through the cleaning women, to have a tour around the theatre. A tour with many surprises in it. Finally, when the audience comes out to the street, the cultural attaché is still talking.
