Organisation of the party for promoting the Catalonia’s Tourism Consortium from Generalitat de Catalunya (Madrid)

Around Sant Jordi’s dates (St. George), the Consortium gave a party in Madrid. It took place in a multipurpose venue. The guests were invited to follow an itinerary to get to know Catalonia. Since we were not in Catalonia and had no roses left, we presented the ladies with an artichoke and a wheat’s ear; as they came in the main door. The public continued on the itinerary were they encountered many different sections, managed by actors explaining “how beautiful Catalonia is”. At the end, we organised a party were anything could happen. Of course, the dancing-partner rental and the dance were guaranteed.
